In 1996, Kenneth Morrow i formally established One Way Group of Companies, laying the foundation for what would become a multifaceted enterprise. One Way General Contractors gained recognition for delivering high-quality construction services and building trusted relationships within communities such as South Chandler and Ocotillo. Mr. Morrow’s commitment to excellence helped position the company as a reliable partner in both residential and commercial projects.

In 1998, One Way was awarded the contract for the final construction cleaning for what later became Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks. This opportunity marked an important step in expanding the company’s capabilities and reputation. The success of that project led to the continued operation of One Way Final Cleaning and the launch of additional ventures, including One Way Janitorial.
